This privacy policy applies to the Cashflow Manager app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Cashflow Inc (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Google API Services Compliance

Cashflow's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you choose to sign in with Google, we may access:

  • Your basic Google profile information (name, email address, profile picture)
  • Your Google Account email address for authentication purposes

We use this information solely for account authentication and user identification within the Application. We do not access, store, or use any other Google services data such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or Contacts.

The Application does not gather precise information about your device's location.

  • Uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your device

  • Revoking Google Account access through your Google Account settings
Data Retention Policy

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the services and as described in this policy:

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion request
  • Financial Data: Retained as long as you use the Application and for up to 1 year after account deletion for backup recovery
  • Usage Data: Retained for up to 2 years for analytics purposes
  • Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law

Children's Privacy
