These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cashflow Manager mobile application (the "App") provided by Cashflow Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cashflow Manager App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Subscription Plans and Pricing
Cashflow Manager offers multiple subscription tiers designed to meet your business needs, ranging from a Free Plan to premium monthly subscriptions including Starter, Essential, Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans.
2.1 Plan Features
Each paid subscription plan includes:
- Access to advanced financial management features
- Increased limits for businesses, members, books, and transactions
- Additional storage for attachments and CSV imports
- Higher-tier plans offer unlimited features and dedicated support

2.2 Free Trial
Most paid subscription plans include a 14-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. During the trial period, you can access the full features of your selected plan at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for the first billing cycle.
2.3 Currency and Pricing
Subscription prices are displayed in your local currency based on your App Store region. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with reasonable notice. The exact pricing for each plan is available in the App and at the time of purchase through your respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
3. Auto-Renewal Subscription Terms
3.1 Automatic Renewal
IMPORTANT: All paid subscription plans (Starter, Essential, Professional, Business, and Enterprise) are automatically renewing subscriptions. By subscribing to any paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
3.2 Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of initial purchase
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
- You will be charged the then-current subscription price unless you cancel before the renewal date
- The exact renewal date is available in your App Store account settings
3.3 Free Trial Period
Eligible paid plans include a 14-day free trial for new subscribers:
- The free trial begins when you subscribe to an eligible plan
- You will not be charged during the free trial period
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for the first billing cycle
- Free trials are available only once per user and cannot be combined with other offers
- We reserve the right to determine eligibility for free trials
3.4 Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you:
- Authorize automatic charges to your payment method on file with Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Acknowledge that subscription charges are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
- Agree to maintain valid payment information in your store account
- Understand that failed payments may result in service interruption or termination
4. Platform-Specific Billing Terms
4.1 Apple App Store Subscriptions
For users subscribing through the Apple App Store:
End User License Agreement (EULA)
BY PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH THE APPLE APP STORE, YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE TO THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING:
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Renewal Charges: Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Price Display: The renewal cost will be clearly identified in your account settings
- Subscription Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple Account Settings after purchase
- Cancellation: You may turn off auto-renewal at any time from your Apple Account Settings, but you must do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged

- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Cashflow Manager
- Tap Cancel Subscription

Apple Store Terms Apply:
Your use of the App through Apple devices is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Terms of Service.
4.2 Google Play Store Subscriptions
For users subscribing through the Google Play Store:
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
- Renewal Charges: Your Google Play account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Subscription Management: You can view, manage, and cancel subscriptions in your Google Play Store account settings
- Cancellation: You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period
- Refunds: Google Play refund policies apply; refund requests should be submitted through the Google Play Store
How to Cancel Google Play Subscriptions:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
- Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Cashflow Manager
- Tap Cancel Subscription

Google Play Terms Apply:
Your use of the App through Android devices is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and applicable Google Play policies.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period
- After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the paid period
5.2 Refund Policy
- General Rule: All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
- Free Trial: If cancelled during the free trial period, you will not be charged
- Platform Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through the respective platform (Apple or Google)
- Apple: Submit refund requests at https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: Submit refund requests through Google Play Store support
- Discretionary Refunds: We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds on a case-by-case basis
5.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- Your payment method fails repeatedly
- We discontinue the service (with reasonable notice)
6. Service Modifications and Interruptions
6.1 Service Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time
- Change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- Add or remove features from any subscription tier
- Modify plan limits with reasonable notice
6.2 No Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy or reliability of data
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
7. Data Usage and Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7.1 Data Ownership
- You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into the App
- We do not claim ownership of your business data
- You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data
7.2 Data Retention After Cancellation
- Upon subscription cancellation or account deletion, your data is retained according to our Privacy Policy
- You may request data deletion by contacting us at privacy@cashflowmanager.app
- Some data may be retained for legal or business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to transmit spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Resell or redistribute the App or its content without authorization
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership
The App, including all content, features, functionality, and intellectual property rights, is owned by Cashflow Inc and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
9.2 License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Cashflow Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
- Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cashflow Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
12.3 Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through:
- In-app notification
- Email to your registered address
- Notice on our website at https://cashflowmanager.app/terms-of-use
Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the App.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cashflow Inc regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
By using the Cashflow Manager App and subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, including the auto-renewal subscription terms for Apple App Store and Google Play Store billing.
